We start with beautiful bread roll from Burleigh Baker, generously spread with our house-made macadamia and almond butter, blended with fresh Australian garlic, parsley, and a touch of salt. Each roll is wrapped in foil, ready to go straight into the oven.

As it bakes, the butter melts into the bread, creating a crisp, golden crust with a soft, fluffy centre and rich, savoury garlic flavour throughout.
